Acknowledged by his peers to be one of the real rising stars in the facilities world, JP has already banked an outstanding list of achievements. As MD of TC Soho at just 30 he lead the re-versioning of what was a gold standard duplication facility into one of the capitals ‘go to’ digital services providers. He has used his insight and firsthand experience to create an entirely new business model for the company matched exactly to the current and future production requirements in terms of the technical services they need ‘book ending’ the post production being done by them inhouse.  

His unique understanding of the business is drawn from experience at many levels, having started his career at Oasis Television as a runner and quickly working his way up through the ranks to become bookings manager of O2 Duplication. Working in O2 for 4 years furnished him with a solid technical knowledge and full appreciation managing a busy facility and the unique needs of clients.

As for the name JP, it has often been the cause of mystery around Soho as to what it stands for and as much as he like us to believe it stands for ‘Just Perfect’, despite the all the successes and bribery he’s tried…the team ain’t quite buying it!
