Having spent over 10 years in roles in various facilities, the unflappable Katie is our very own Zen Master of bookings. Organised is her middle name and she excels at dealing with a variety of complex projects all at once, whilst on the phone, and typing away at a geometric rate. Really, she is terrifyingly fast!
